The A(H1N1) Swine flu Kho Scandal Philippines got the first A(H1N1) swine flu case yesterday. Hopefully gumaling yung 10 yr old na may sakit at wag sanang kumalat ang sakit Ang pinas talaga ayaw magpahuli sa uso.

Today is my first day to jog without my wife. May work kasi siya ngayong umaga. Sana makasama siya sa susunod at magtuloy tuloy na ito kahit isang beses sa isang linggo. Kailangan ko na talaga ng exercise, at konting takbo lang eh pagod na ako. Tumatanda na talaga.
