Morning exercise at Bedok Reservoir

Today is my first day to jog without my wife. May work kasi siya ngayong umaga. Sana makasama siya sa susunod at magtuloy tuloy na ito kahit isang beses sa isang linggo. Kailangan ko na talaga ng exercise, at konting takbo lang eh pagod na ako. Tumatanda na talaga.

Marami namang nagjo-jogging sa Bedok Reservoir dito sa Singapore. 5 minutes bus ride lang from our flat. Kanya kanyang get-up ang mga tao. Merong akala mo ay kung saan lang pupunta, may mga lalaking malalaki ang katawan na nakahubad, at first time ko din makakita ng taong nagjo-jogging ng naka-apak. Next week ulit. Magpapagising ako ng maaga kay misis
